The company's photographer caught 001 between runs in El Centro.

001 is the newest caboose on the PDL

Ready for the next run, back to San Diego.

An SD45 just in from a run through the desert.

Road power switching the harbor.
Way past due for maintenance.
Here is Southern Pacific's  Dash-9, 8105 at the San Diego Station.  This unit has a Richmond Controls unit installed and detailed.
This is unit 8101 awaiting departure clearance at the San Diego Station.
Here some U30C's are pulling into the Engine Facility at National City.
This pair of engine's are ready to go on the main line, towards San Diego.
This engine is sitting on the hand off track in Coyote Wells.
The last caboose is a new one,  numbered 002.  This was done by Mark Gilbreath.
